Associated Bank seeks mortgage debt in suit

A Madison County man is accused of not paying more than $65,000 in mortgage debt.
Associated Bank filed a lawsuit Nov. 7 in Madison County Circuit Court against Ronald S. Admire.
According to the complaint, Admire took out a mortgage note with Associated Bank in December 2005 and a second note in August 2007. The bank claims Admire defaulted on both loans and now owes more than $65,800.
Associated Bank asks to be awarded the balance of the loans and costs of the lawsuit.
