FIA Card Services sues over unpaid line of credit

A credit card company claims one of the people to whom it lent a line of credit failed to repay it more than $50,000.
FIA Card Services filed a lawsuit Oct. 11 in Madison County Circuit Court against Wayne A. Ferguson.
In its complaint, FIA Card Services alleges Ferguson took out a line of credit, but failed to repay it.
"There is a balance due and owing $53,952.66," the suit states.
Adolfo Brandon Sanchez of Blatt, Hasermiller, Leibsker and Moore in Normal will be representing it.
Madison County Court case number: 11-L-1031.
