Edwardsville has a new asbsestos law firm comprised of familiar Madison County faces.
Randy Gori, formerly of Goldenberg Heller Antognoli Rowland Short & Gori joined forces with Barry Julian formerly of Wise & Julian to create the firm Gori, Julian & Associates, P.C.
Gori was lead attorney for the Goldenberg asbestos cases while Julian, who was in a semi-retirement, was lead attorney at his firm.
Their new office is located directly across the street from the Madison County Courthouse on North Main Street.
This will be Gori's second business on North Main in Edwardsville as he is co-owner of Erato on Main, a wine bar and kitchen.
Attorney Keith Short will take over Gori's duties at the Goldenberg firm as he is now signing asbestos complaints being filed in Madison County, something Gori had done exclusively.
In addition to Gori, Allyson Romani is also leaving the Goldenberg firm and will join Gori and Julian at their new firm.
Gori said the new firm will concentrate on asbestos litigation.
