ST. LOUIS, MO - The law firm of Moser & Marsalek, P.C. has announced that members of the law firm of Juliano, P.C. have joined its practice in the firm's O'Fallon office.

Moser & Marsalek has another office in St. Louis.

Rand Juliano joins Moser as of counsel, and Lori DaCosse and Sue Schultz joined as principals of the firm.

"Our firm has been looking to expand our expertise into areas beyond traditional defense litigation," said Peter Spataro, Moser's managing principal.

"The added experience of Juliano, DaCosse and Schultz offers our clients a broader scope of services," he said. "We continue to look for new opportunities to expand our firm into other practice specialties.

"We also offer the opportunity to share in the conveniences of our upgraded downtown office space, computer and billing expertise and administrative assistance, allowing smaller or solo practices to minimize their time in handling nonlegal related office responsibilities."

Moser & Marsalek, P.C. has expanded its practice areas to include commercial defense litigation, real estate, business organization and transactions, estate planning, utility law, title insurance and alternative dispute resolution.

"Joining Moser will create an excellent benefit for our clients, as well as Moser's, as we will be able to offer greater service in so many other aspects of law. A very exciting move for me," said Juliano.

Moser & Marsalek, P.C. was established in 1925.
