  • Shulin claims the defendants breached their contract and committed fraud when they failed to invest the money he loaned to them as promised. Shulin is seeking damages in excess of $130,000.

  • Taylor claims she sustained serious injuries on Dec. 16, 2006 when a roller wheel fell off one of the "Star Roller Shoes" she had previously purchased at Value City. Taylor is seeking damages in excess of $100,000, plus costs.

  • Kyle claims that as she entered the tavern on Oct. 24, 2007, she tripped and fell on an uneven ledge located in the bar area of the establishment which caused injuries to her arms, face and right knee. Kyle is seeking damages in excess of $100,000.
