  • The estate of Nathaniel Gately claims he was killed in an automobile accident when Brian Blain collided with a tractor trailer on Aug. 30, 2007. Gately's estate is seeking damages in excess of $50,000. Westmoreland, the second passenger, claims he sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident and is also seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
