R&M Oil and Supply seeks balance owed in suit

R&M Oil and Supply, Inc. of Columbia is seeking $98,577.76, plus interest, costs and attorney's fees from New Heights Recovery-Illinois LLC.
According to a complaint filed April 14 in St. Clair County Circuit Court, New Heights Recovery entered into an oral agreement to purchase product from R&M Oil and Supply.
"The delinquent account balance owed by New Heights Recovery-Illinois, LlC to Plaintiff for the product delivered is $98,577.76," the complaint states.
R&M Oil and Supply is represented by Donald K. Schoemaker of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale in Belleville.
