Randall Kelley appointed associate judge in 20th Circuit

Circuit judges in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit voted to appoint Randall W. Kelley as an associate judge.
Kelley received his undergraduate degree in 1973 from Western Illinois University, Macomb, and his juris doctor in 1980 from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago.
Kelley has been engaged in solo practice in Swansea.
