Kyle Napp was sworn-in as a Madison County associate judge in a ceremony on Aug. 10. Napp, who was joined by family and other well-wishers, is a former Madison County assistant state's attorney. Napp will be featured in a Record "Q-A," in the Aug. 27 edition.
