Instead of cutting ribbons, we tear ribs! 17th Street Bar & Grill celebrated their grand opening at 1711 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, IL. On hand were members of the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Graham, Mike Mills, owner, Bob Striegel, general manager and staff members.
