Ryan Renko v. Rick Ryan
J-Stack; PA-Robert Gregory
  • Renko claims Ryan collided with him July 3, 2004, at Route 111 and New Poad Road in South Roxana causing serious injuries. Renko is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

    Brian Lehnen v. Greyhound
    J-Matoesian; PA-Ben Sansone
  • Lenhan claims a Greyhound bus struck him while he was in a crosswalk in Delaware on May, 2, 2003. Lehnen is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

    Rebecca Hutchins v. Janice Lybarger
    J-Kardis; PA-Steve Aroesty
  • Hutchins claims Lybarger collided with her on 13th Street in Edwardsville on May 7, 2003, causing serious and permanent injuries. Hutchings is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

    Rachel Allen v. Eddie Sholar, Bon Air Inc.
    J-Moran; PA-David Leefers
  • Allen claims a patron that was drinking at Fast Eddie's in Alton collided with her on April 18, 2002, causing serious and permanent injuries. Allen is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

    Duane Adams, Mary Adams v. Gateway Regional Medical Center et.al.
    J-Stack; PA-Craig Jensen
  • Adams claims that following the medical treatment by the defendants he experienced paralysis, paraparesis, lethargy, acute respitory failure, shortness of breath, wheezing, seizures, obtunded mental status, E. Coli and ileus. Adams is seeking at least $600,000 in damages
