Daisy Gardner v. A.W. Chesterton et.al

  • Asbestos; Gardner claims she was diagnosed with mesothelioma on Aug. 10, 2004, after being exposed to asbestos. This was the first asbestos case of 2005. Gardner is seeking at least $50,000 in compensatory damages and punitive damages in an amount to punish the defendants from engaging in misconduct in the future.
